Red Account Rescue is a program that focuses leaders and customer facing teams on their most at risk customers. Once we define what makes a customer "Red" or likely to opt out of renewal, we put a Rescue Plan in place. What are the key actions, in your team's control, that can change the trajectory of the customers' experience. We coach teams on the tough conversations, diffusing escalations, an on partnering with Product and Engineering on bugs and timeline. We track customer feedback methodically and serve up recommendations for your team can win back these customers. Our goal is to help you get to Yellow, then to Green.

About Anchor CX
After two decades in Salesforce consulting, B2B SaaS startups and enterprise customer experience leadership, I launched Anchor CX to help every company protect and grow revenue by turning Red Accounts to Green. I was driven by the areas of improvement I identified while delivering software at scale to enterprise customers. I knew there had to be a better, more proactive delivery motion and I wanted to craft that motion.
In my career, I’ve protected over $500M in ARR by turning Red Accounts around. My passion is preventing churn by acting on signals, driving internal accountability against a plan and relentlessly focusing on customer needs.
